Initial Set Up Fee:   £150.00 plus VAT

This includes the following services: -

  • Property Inspection And Achievable Rent Setting
  • Finding A Tenant
  • Obtaining Credit Checks
  • Preparing Tenancy Agreements And Documentation
  • Production Of Property Brochure
  • Inventory Control (If Required)
  • Website Subscription
  • Newspaper Advertisements
  • General Administration And Account Setup

Management Fee: 12.5% plus VAT

This charge is based on a percentage of the rental income and includes the following services: -

  • Providing On-Call Maintenance 7 Days Per Week Including E-Mail Facilities
  • Monitor Tenant Payment
  • Providing Regular Home Inspection Reports
  • Handling All Home Maintenance And Instruction Of Professional Work Person(s) To Carry Work As And When Required (Prior Confirmation Is Required By The Landlord).
  • Dealing With Tennant/Land Lord Queries
  • Landlord Feedback Reports
  • Account Management

On going market analysis will be undertaken in order to execute rental increases as and when necessary.

Some property management companies request long-term management contracts that cannot be cancelled and charge a flat rate for management per month. We DO NOT operate in this way. We charge a percentage of the rental income; this is a strong motivator as it ensures that the rent level is kept at the current market rate.
